ZORAN METIKOŠ
People Relationship Management (PRM) Toolbox

Technical expertise earns the team leader role. Leading people is a different skill entirely.

We help technical experts (engineers, IT leads, project and operations managers) move from solving problems themselves to building accountable, high-performing teams.

The Approach

Learn · Reflect
Refine · Apply

A continuous cycle, not a one-time workshop.

The Reality

Without team leadership skills, your best expert becomes your biggest bottleneck.

Organizations promote outstanding technical professionals because they solve problems, deliver results, and support colleagues. Few provide structured support for the transition that follows, so new leaders keep thinking and behaving like experts instead of leaders.

01

Leaders become overwhelmed

Still the primary problem-solver, carrying work that should belong to the team.

02

Teams become dependent

Hesitation to delegate limits the team's ability to grow and own outcomes.

03

Performance slows

Avoided conversations let small issues compound into recurring ones.

04

Managers spend their time firefighting

Instead of leading, time goes into fixing what should have been prevented.

Who It's For

The PRM Leadership Programs are designed for…

  • Technical experts transitioning into leadership
  • Newly promoted team leaders and first-time managers
  • Engineering, IT, operations, and project leaders leading technical professionals
  • Organizations investing in stronger leadership capability
  • Leaders who want to develop people instead of becoming the bottleneck
Probably not the right fit if…
  • You're looking for a one-off motivational workshop
  • You expect lasting behavioural change without practice, coaching, and workplace application
  • Your primary objective is technical rather than leadership development
The PRM Toolbox

Leadership isn't something you're born with. It's something you build.

Every PRM Leadership Program builds three essential capabilities, developed through a continuous cycle of learning, coaching, reflection, and workplace application.

About the Facilitator

Zoran Metikoš

Leadership Trainer & Executive Coach

Zoran works with technical experts (engineers, IT leads, and operations managers) at the exact moment their career gets harder: the transition into leading people. Having sat close to technical teams for years, he built the PRM (People Relationship Management) methodology around a simple observation: leadership capability isn't taught in a single workshop, it's built through repeated practice, honest feedback, and real conversations with real teams.

His approach is direct and practical: fewer frameworks for their own sake, more structured reps that leaders can take straight back to their teams. Every PRM Program is facilitated personally by Zoran, combining group coaching, one-to-one sessions, and workplace application so new habits actually stick.
